Allowing movie rental customers to drop their rented DVD’s off at the Blockbuster Video store or even exchange them for other DVD’s instead of mailing them back is a major benefit to customers. Most of the top online movie rental companies like Blockbuster generally have a limit on the number of DVD’s that customers can rent at one time, but do allow customers to keep the rented DVDs for as long as they want. Once the customer returns the rented movies, a new set of DVDs which are chosen by the customer is delivered to their mailbox.
