Are People Still Watching Music Videos On MTV

I have heard it said that watching music videos on MTV has become a habitual problem among teenagers. There is probably some truth to that because my friends and I would watch music videos so much that we could tell you every tiny thing that happened in the video. This was the age of the eighties, you know hair bands and girl bands, and there was at least one girl in each band that we were madly in love with, though it was rarely the same girl for each of us. We would tune into MTV and watch music videos far into the night, and would eagerly await a new release. Thinking back, I realize I stayed out of trouble and there are worse things I could have been doing with my time.
