A lot of great people say that in order for you to be successful in life, you need to be determined, must work really hard and persevere. Generally, in life success is really hard to get. The statement is true even for successful singers. Skyler Jett has had his fair share when it comes to working hard to get to the place where he is now.

Success, indeed, don’t just happen. Skyler started singing in church and fell in love with jazz at an early age. Now, he wants to share something good to all aspiring singers out there. If you are one of them and want to know how to sing better, then read on. You can find more of Skyler Jett and even Patti Austin’s tips at http://howtosing.org.

When shopping for food, always check those per-ounce/unit labels for the best buy. Although it doesn’t make sense, sometimes a smaller size costs less per ounce. Go figure. Shop the store brands, grocery outlets, thrift bakeries and dollar-type stores. The extra time is worthwhile, if your goal is saving money in a recession. On a typical weekly shopping trip, you could save as much as $20 with this strategy. Watch your impulse buying!

3.Have you ever counted up the dollars you spend on home cleaning products? These items add up to a bundle. Did you know that you can make many of these products yourself, with simple, inexpensive ingredients, that do the job just as well? Check some of the homemaking websites for ‘recipes’. Think outside the box. For example, paper towels are quite expensive these days. Buy a pack of those reusable fabric weave cloths instead. You can toss them in the washer and use them many times over.

Guitar

After putting this lens up I posted my Top 10 Guitar Videos From YouTube on a forum and got this extra bit of info about the guitarist I mention above (he is my No1 on my list) This is what I got back:
“”The kid in first place goes by the name “FUNTWO”, his real name is Lim Jeong-hyun, from Korea. He went to guitar classes for a few months (I think in New Zealand) and then just did the rest himself. I “discovered” this kid over a year ago, he is quite awesome: I also posted the same video on this forum a few months ago…….He has since jammed with some of the real big names like Joe Satriani etc.
He has no real interest in becoming a big star artist……quite incredible!!!!!

He plays Neil Zaza’s “I’m Alright” BETTER than Neil Zaza…….check this out!!!”

Fundraising is an enjoyable and successful means of gathering money, it is something which can be used on various different sorts of occasions, and if you are willing to take the time and effort to put into it, then you will be able to come up with some really great and creative fundraising ideas.

Ways to Come up With Creative Fundraising Ideas
The ways in which you should come up with your creative fundraising ideas will really vary, depending on what type of forum the fundraiser is going to be in. For instance, if the fundraiser is for a school, then one idea is to get all of the students to write down their own idea on a piece of paper, and then either throw all the pieces of paper into a hat and randomly pick one out, or you can read through every single idea, if you wish.
The most important thing is that you put as much effort into the brainstorming process as possible, and that you get as many people involved as you can, because in the end of it all this is the area which is going to matter the most. After all, without a solid idea to begin with, what do you really have to work with? This is why you need to prepare and conceptualize as much as you possibly can beforehand.

An article about: The 100 Greatest Guitar Solos

I spent a lot of time thinking about the 100 greatest guitar solos when I was in my “Pearl Jam” phase in the mid-90s. “Alive” comes readily to mind. Since then the guitar solo has not precisely gone away, but it’s played less of a central role over the last fifteen years of music. Luckily there are still guitar gods like Jack White of The White Stripes, whose 7 Nation Army reminds us all of the raw power and emotional impact of the instrument….
